Etrian Odyssey 3 Translation Notes

Latin Sail (ラティーンセイル)
Not strictly wrong, but it's far more often called a Lateen Sail.
Hobblegeon (ホバルジェオン)
Should be Haubergeon.
B16F B-7 Door
The message when first examining it begins with: "The door before you with the odd elephant on it" (怪しげな像がはめこまれた扉). 像 has been mistaken for 象; it's a statue, not an elephant.
Hidden Pit Message
Perhaps this is pedantic, but the phrasing "The floor gives way as you realize..." implies that you realize you've fallen into a trap and, during that, you fall into the trap. "As the floor gives way, you realize..." would make more sense.
Kukuri (ククリ)
Kukri is the common English spelling, and khukurī would be a more faithful (IAST) romanization of खुकुरी. "Kukuri" is neither. (Aspiration matters in Indic languages! Without it, this sounds like कुकुर "dog".)
